Gary Watson is an esteemed professional with a distinguished career spanning several industries. As the CFO of Hughes Masonry and the President & CEO of BSM (http://www.businesssolutionsmanager.com/) he brings a wealth of expertise to our leadership team. Mr. Watson's dynamic capabilities extend beyond business management – he is also the visionary founder of ShianneRenée.com, a testament to his creative and entrepreneurial spirit. With a remarkable background spanning over three decades, Mr. Watson has excelled in the realm of technical project management. His extensive experience has been honed through various roles, culminating in his establishment of BSM, where he orchestrates strategic solutions that drive business success. Notably, Mr. Watson's journey began as the lead Engineer, providing indispensable support to the Department of Defense as a trusted government contractor. Mr. Watson's academic achievements are equally impressive, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. He holds a Master's in Business, a BS in Technical Management, and a diploma in electronics – a testament to his dedication to excellence and his multifaceted skill set. Charles Barnes is the Chef Estimator with Hughes Masonry.  Charles is currently retired from Nationwide Insurance Company and the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. Charles is also the former part owner of BK&M Visions, LLC construction, building and consulting company with over 38 years of business and service. Charles ensures all customers are contacted within 48 hours of receipt of their email to set up inspections and estimates in a timely manner.  We welcome him to Hughes Masonry.

Cheryl Hughes joined our firm in March, 2007, and holds the position of Staff Accountant/Administrative Specialist.  She has many years of experience in office administration, cost accounting, payroll services, budgeting and back office accounting in the Financial Investment sector. Her most outstanding job qualities are her diligence about resolving technical problems, communicating with people and being a team player. Her honesty, integrity and professionalism are
